SMS privacy notice

Published September 30, 2026. These policies cover the SMS program when available; publication does not enable messaging.

Who we are and what this notice covers

RJJ Investments corporation, operating as RJJ, provides the Driver Portal SMS program. This notice covers information used for text notifications and requested phone-verification or login codes. It is not a complete privacy notice for employment applications, personnel records, uploaded documents or other portal activity.

Information we use

We use your mobile number, its association with your account, verification status, notification preferences, consent and withdrawal records, message identifiers, timestamps and delivery outcomes. Dispatch SMS includes assigned trip details such as departure, route, vehicle and miles. Staff alerts link to the review queue without including applicant details.

Our authentication providers process requested verification and login codes to establish control of your phone. Notification consent is separate from authentication.

Why we use it

We use this information to deliver requested messages, operate the program, document consent, honor opt-outs, protect accounts and investigate delivery or security problems. Phone verification does not subscribe you to notifications, and notification consent does not authorize marketing.

Providers and sharing

Twilio and telecommunications providers process phone numbers, message content and delivery information. Supabase provides authentication and database services, Railway hosts the application, and authorized technology operators support the service for RJJ. Access is limited to the purposes of operating and supporting the program.

We do not sell or rent mobile numbers. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not transfer SMS consent to another sender. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Necessary service-provider processing on RJJ’s behalf does not authorize a provider to use your consent for its own messaging. Records may also be disclosed where required by law.

Your choices

Disable dispatch or staff alerts separately in your profile, or reply STOP to a notification to block that sender. START requests resumption but does not replace your purpose-specific preferences. Changing your verified number requires new notification consent. Notification opt-out does not disable separately requested login codes.

For access, correction or deletion requests concerning SMS information, contact rjjinvestmentscorp@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. Requests are reviewed individually, including the need to preserve opt-out, consent, security and legally required records.

Retention and protection

We currently do not apply an automatic deletion schedule to SMS consent, opt-out and delivery records. We retain these records to operate the program, preserve your choices, document consent and investigate problems or disputes. Opting out stops eligible future notifications; it does not automatically erase historical records.

Provider systems, backups, carriers and recipient devices may retain messages and related records under their own settings and practices. We do not promise a fixed deletion period across these systems. Contact RJJ with a privacy request.

Program records are restricted to authorized people and systems. The app does not use ordinary incoming SMS replies as a support conversation. Do not send sensitive documents, passwords or verification codes to the program’s support contact. Protect access to your phone and lock-screen notifications.

Updates

Updates will carry a publication date. See the SMS terms for message purposes, charges, opt-out and help information.
